Reliable over decades of using this parking lot's services at DIA (formerly called USA); I have found the service to and from my car in the lot to my departing airline and back again right to my parked car to be consistent, efficient and on time. I try to pay for the parking with some type of offered discount as cost is a big factor for me in selecting my method of transportation to and from DIA when I fly.

Parking spot east consistently delivers the best balance of proximity to the airport and cost. With my corporate discount, I can choose covered self park and know that however long I am out of town, my car is secure and protected from anything but the mist extreme St. Louis weather event. Shuttles are frequent and easy to request if arriving during non-peak hours. I would highly recommend parking spot east.
