The JFK Blvd location is very convenient for me and is easy in and easy out. The shuttle servcie is good and most of the drivers are very friendly and all are helpful.

The parking is covered, which is great in the wintertime. You don't have to brush and scrape the snow and ice from your car. You can reserve your parking and you can earn free days!

I didn't realize that the Parking Spot had 2 locations at DIA. I went to the West location which used to be USAirport Parking where I had parked for years. I had an excellent pre-paid rate for the 8 days we were there. When we arrived, the person at the gate let us know we were at the wrong location but I asked if we could still park there. She let us in, no problem. But when we went to check out on our return, we owed another $55 over the $66 we had already paid. Someone else was having an issue and had gotten the manager to come out to help them. I got his attention and he was kind enough to waive the extra $55. I will be back. And I'll be more careful next time!
