As soon as I plled into the parking spot the van was there ; he helped with my luggage ( very appreciated ) since ground was icy and when I returned walked outsdie to designated spot and van was within minutes picking us up. Customer Service is amazing!!

The Parking Spot 2 remote parking lot is a great location to park and get a ride back and forth to the airport. Buses follow you to your car and wait for you, then give you a card that notes your lot location and parking spot number. They get you quickly to the airport to drop you off. After returning back you get driven directly to your car and dropped off. I don't know how it could be any simpler or better.

Great service. Picked me up right at my car, no walking. Shuttle drivers were very nice. On the return flight, the shuttle arrived seconds after I arrived at the pick up location and took me directly to my car. I will definitely be a return customer.
Ease of check in & check out
The drivers are very helpful. I travel for work and they are always helping me with my baggage.
Ample parking and shuttle transport service is convenient. Only complaint is the pick-up location is not clear. Ticket states to use Exit 15 for Terminal 2 for international flights. But the actual pick-up is down past Exit 16 and all the way at the end of street by the hotel shuttle pick-ups. Not clear where to actually stand. Cost to park is also getting out of hand at over $30 a day for covered parking. The cost is becoming prohibitive for a week stay and is cheaper to stay at a hotel and park for “free”.
