The driver assisted us in finding a spot and helped us right away to get to the airport. When we returned the driver was sitting ready to take us back to our car. It was nice and smooth in both directions

Friendly, timely, handles getting luggage out of car, on shuttle, off of shuttle and back into car. This is a huge satisfier for me. However, the friendliness of ALL the staff is refreshing. I started using Plus by accident (instead of PS 1) and am so happy I did. Thank you for making my travel a little less cumbersome.
