Your services were great, as always! However, getting into your parking lot is next to impossible. The construction has made finding the small entry to your parking lot very difficult. There are no signs pointing to The Parking Spot or how to get there. I took two passes at try to get there before I finally decided to take a chance and make a left turn at at "no left turn" sign hoping it would lead me to you (it looked like a dead end). And it did! Twenty minutes later than I was supposed to be there. We still made our flight on time, but it was very stressful especially at 4:30 in the morning.

I have always been skeptical about off-site airport carpark but the experience with TheParkingSpot completely changed my opinion; the facility is excellent, the shuttle service very convenient (I was not expecting pick up and drop off at the car) and the staff is very courteous.

Super convenient. Reasonably priced. Coupons were great! Snow was well maintained when I got back from my trip that it wasn't too difficult to get out of the parking lot. The shuttle drivers were helpful in cleaning off the snow off the car and helping with bags. Very much appreciated!

I valet parked my car. While it was there, the location had a blizzard with over 25 inches of snow. When I went to pick my vehicle up, they had cleaned it off and warmed it up and it was ready to go! The only complaint I can think of is that I had to wait almost an hour for the shuttle from the airport so maybe run a few more shuttles or more often during high traffic times. Other than that, I will definitely be using your services again in the future!

My flight was canceled and I arrived from Tampa in a Van. When I arrived I had no way to my car. I had a lot of baggage plus my dog. Your employees made sure I got to my car safely and was able to check out with ease. I will be using your facility again. The employees went above and beyond and it was much appreciated.
