One feedback - AT the Hartford pickup area--you NEED some kind of line marker. The prob is that people just RUSH when the van shows up. There needs to be some kind of line marked so people who get there first are not pushed aside.

The website is easy to schedule parking ahead of time. The shuttle picks you up right at your car and dropped you off right at the airport.

This is the second time I have used The Parking Spot South.It is much cheaper than North.We have no issues at all.The staff is friendly and take care of your suitcases coming and going.The wait time for a shuttle has been almost none.Excellent timing.We will definitely be using The Parking Spot South on future vacations.

Convenient easy in and out the driver is very efficient picking you up and getting you to the airport. Picking up can take a little longer depending how may passengers getting in at the same time.
Easy to find, not too far from my airline, shuttles are on time, I didn’t have to break the bank to park for 3 days parking- will definitely use again and recommend.
If could ask for a change on anything, it would be to have a closer parking area for the shuttle when leaving the airport.

You have enough busses continuously running so there is little to no wait to get picked up at the airport. Your drivers also are on standby in the parking lot and ready to pick you up at your car.
This was my first time using The Parking Spot and I am very pleased.
I used Laz Fly for years and had to wait 20 minutes or more at the airport on several occasions. Their check out machines also don’t work half the time and I was trapped in their parking lot twice. Will never use them again.
