I wish the busses were more frequent for both lot pick up and terminal pickup - especially for uncovered parking pickup - I waited a solid 15 minutes while multiple busses from covered passed me by and left.

Close to airport. No wait for shuttle. Friendly / helpful staff. They go above & beyond to be helpful. Flew in after the ice storm, friend had had a ski accident on trip. Called inquiring re roads etc the day before & requested assistance with luggage. They were so helpful & had the ice/snow cleaned off the car & ready to roll when we got there. One other time, arrived to airport & friend realized he had left his phone in the car. We unloaded the luggage & I stayed with it, he rode back to the lot. The staff had retrieved his phone from the car & had it up front for him & he was able to ride back with the next load.

The main reason we use Park & Fly is the cost savings over parking at MSP. All the drivers are very nice and helpful. We've never had a problem with parking or a long wait for the van to arrive. We have no complaints!!
