There was a little mix up leaving your lot, my arrival back to Denver was set for 6, what I did not pay attention to was AM/PM, turns out it was AM and it should have been PM, when leaving the lot gate would not open.
Your attendant, name something like Odessa ( I think) was absolutly wonderful, she gets a 10+
Friendly service . When driving into lot - line was backed up into the street. Staff quickly opened second gate and sent staff out to lot to assist customers park as quickly as possible. Good job 👍

I left my phone on the shuttle on the way to the airport and Anthony made sure I got it back about 15 minutes later.
Love that you pick me up from the car and drop me off at my car. Also the water bottles handed out at the end. And its a reserved spot so I don't have to worry if there will be one when I get there.
