We were lucky and had a bus waiting for us when we came out of baggage claim! You can't beat that service. Check in and out were easy with the mobile ap. Pleasant experience.

There are so many off-site parking options at ATL, but The Parking Spot 1 has been my choice for thirty years because they are the most reliable choice over time. TPS1 is not perfect, but I contend they try to make things happen on time, every time. Management is always responsive to comments and the employees are genuinely friendly and helpful.

My vehicle spends weeks every year at TPS1 and has never been damaged. The shuttles are reasonably on time and available, and the app works well. Take it from someone who travels every week for work: skip the airport and anything not covered in yellow and black!

I use Parking Spot Plus almost every week for work, and I always choose the valet service because of how convenient it is and how friendly the team is. My schedule changes weekly, but no matter when I arrive or depart, the valet team consistently goes above and beyond to greet me and get me in and out as efficiently as possible.

Tyler, Abdou, David, Gerard, Jackie, and Mrs. Pat are always a pleasure to see, and I genuinely look forward to my trips to the airport because of them.

The ability to reserve a spot. It is very convenient that the shuttle bus picks you up and drops you off at your car, so that you do not have to go to a pick up spot.

The parking lot was good . Needs more light to be able to find the cars when you get in the very early morning . My driver returning back was not very friendly and kept going around missing all cars because we couldn’t see .
