It’s the most easiest parking spot. Everybody has always been very friendly and there’s never a long wait.

I love the convenience of parking and forgetting about it till you return. Plus, the shuttle picks you up right at your car and drops you off at the airport. The bus drivers are very helpful and they pick up your luggage and help you get it in the bus. And, lastly, I love the free water bottles on your way out. Such a nice touch.

It works, however, you have to spare some time in advance prior to your flight to wait for the shuttle to pick you up, patience on the return for the shuttle to take you to the parking lot to retrieve your car.

You always have the friendliest and fastest shuttles and drivers. My family always prefers to use the parking spot over the airport lots because it feels more secure. The only issue we found was with the covered parking - it was difficult to avoid parking near to a pillar and that was hard to get out! But we understand that’s important for the covered part :)

Speedy and convenient. I really like that you have trackers on the van drivers so I know when we're getting picked up.

The driver was prompt and polite. The politeness and friendliness behavior is essential. I liked the automated checkout option. I chose it so I wouldn't have to interact with an attendant. I have had bad experiences with rudeness in the past.
