Easy to reserve through the portal, access QR code offers easy access to the parking lot and the free car wash is a nice touch!

Every time we use your service has been nothing short of first class. Each pick up has been right on time with no problems. The lot itself is always a pleasure to come into and leave from.

Impeccable, swift service from entering the parking spot to drop off at the terminal and.again on return from travels. The phone app is very easy to use for booking parking reservations, entering and exiting the parking spot and tracking the shuttle bus at the airport terminal on arrival back to PHX. We have never had to wait for than 2 minutes to catch the shuttle bus which is amazing. Earning points for free parking days is an added bonus. I would never consider using any other airport or off airport parking facility. Definitely a perfect 10 score!

Convenience

The App made the experience very easy. Scan QR code to to gain entry and was instructed by the very nice attendant to the row where there were empty spaces. Parked and within minutes the van was there to pick me up. We drove straight to terminal, quick and easy. Upon return walked right over shuttle and again within minutes we were on the way to the lot. After getting to car i exited again using the QR code and after grabbing a cold water i was on my way. Could not have been any easier.

I like that you pick up relatively closely to where i can stand inside at the airport if i need to. The parking location is nice. I'm not sure whether i like the essentially the requirement to place a reservation.

Very user friendly. We were picked up as soon as we parked our car and driven to the airport within a few minutes. On the return side, vans are always running to the airport. It is a convenience for us to use.

The Parking Spot app is well designed, and it was easy to modify our travel dates when plans changed. The shuttle drivers are efficient and friendly. What a great team!

Ive parked here a few times now and its always so fast, efficient, inexpensive, and secure. This most recent time I totally forgot to lock my car and yet it was zero problem at all. Won't make that mistake again however because of the security they have in place I didnt lose any sleep over it. They drop you right at the gate, and a shuttle was ready to pick me up within minutes of me getting outside to leave rhe airport.
