Very consistent and dependable. Always professional.
Both my son and his family in one car and myself in another car used your services at the same time . We were 8 in total and we were able to go and come back together.
Helpful drivers, quick pickup.
Arrived at midnight. Our car was dead (battery). Employees were most helpful in attempting to jump start the car. They took us to the office while waiting for a tow truck, offered us water and coffee and company. Your workers were professional, polite, and empathetic.

Did not have to wait long for the bus to take me to my car.
The Parking Spot was conveniently located near the airport. The shuttle service was timely, and the drivers were very friendly. We also received a discount for being a AAA member. I would definitely recommend The Parking Spot to others.
