How close you are to airport. I have used both valet and self-parking and easy pickup on both.
Everything
Easy in and out
Ease of access. Always a shuttle there waiting to pick me up. Very reasonable price
Easy process
Easy to find, reasonably priced, valet is convenient. I didn’t wait forever for the shuttle.
Wonderful service from drop off to pick up!
Convenience.
Location
Ease of ise
The convenience of parking directly across the street from the terminal. The staff are always willing to assist when needed. The drivers are very accommodating, and helpful with luggage even assist with taking oversized luggage to the vehicle. The price is slightly higher but when you consider the above mentioned advantages, worth the extra few dollars!
On time. Good service.
Very smooth operation from check-in to drop-off at airport to pickup at airport to check-out. A good value.
Exceptional!
Fast, efficient, and outstanding personnel. Makes our trips to the airport less stressful.
The speedy pick up and delivery to the airport
Transportation both ways was great. I don't recall her name, but she was super good.
It makes the start of the trip less hectic. The drivers are pleasant and I can start relaxing because of “less stress”. Very customer friendly, especially the cost for the service

Convenient location
Excellent service, awesome drivers, and parking undercover - what’s not to like and recommend?
We park in the covered lot, before we get out of the car, there’s the bus to take us to the airport
great service, covered parking, drivers help with luggage.
The convenience and the prompt ness to get a shuttle to and from the airport. The people are polite, friendly and organized
Saves money. Also easy with plenty of shuttles and nice drivers.
Easy parking
This was the most seamless process ever! We were greeted at the date by a friendly agent. As this was my first time using the service, she answered my questions about the process. From there we made it to our parking spot and was again, was greeted by another friendly person, the van driver. He helped us with our luggage and safely got us to the airport. When we returned we went to the pick up area and saw the van. The fact that this service runs regularly gave us peace of mind. We had previously tried another service and it did not work. Hats off to your excellent team!!!
