It's very convenient and the personnel were very kind and helpful
Always quick and efficient
Getting in and out are easy and the price is very good.
Easy to make a reservation and quick delivery and pickup from the airport.
So convenient!
On return, the driver promptly picked us up at Terminal 4 ever though it was late at night.
Great service. Thank you.
Being picked up at vehicle. The driver helping family with luggage.
Drivers are helpful. Dislike how slow buses are to come to terminal to pickup and there are more people than the bus can hold, so even longer wait.
Easy to self park and close to airport.
Loved the door to door service!
Quick pickup from the airport, helpful with handling the luggage, and dropped off right at my car! Great service.
The convenience to the airport and the friendly staff. And the fact that you offer discounts regularly.

Convenience and pricing!
Friendly, fast, and efficient
I was able to park by the elevator upon arrival. The wait going to the airport (about 15 minutes) and returning to the Parking Spot (no wait at all!) was not long - The Parking Spor drivers were both helpful in getting my luggage in and out of the shuttle - coming and going.
I have been a very long time customer of the Parking Spot. Always consistent and convenient.
Easy to use.
The booking process online is easy to understand and follow.
Parking at the structure is great, and the signage with direction toward the rooftop is helpful and appreciated.
The shuttle to and from the terminal is wonderful. When I returned after a long flight and was at the pick up spot outside the terminal, a shuttle came by within 15 minutes and I was picked up and back at my car within minutes.
Easy to book, just drive in. Got a shuttle quickly. Thank you
Excellent customer service. I had concerns relative to the condition of the buses and Daniel answered my concerns in a swift and honest reply. Been a valet customer for 10+ years and the parking spot always comes thru. Not looking forward to the upcoming no shuttles allowed at LAX. Will loose one of the nice touches of traveling comfort by having luggage taken care of. Thanks to Daniel.
