Convenient located and easy to reserve online. I have not used the parking spot for over a year and did not know where to go to catch return shuttle. Please persuade LAX to put signage around the baggage claim area to inform customers to go upstairs to departure area or pick passengers up downstairs.

Smooth getting in the garage; quick pick up by the van. Our return flight was very late landing, but when we stepped outside, there was a van. Could not have been any more pleasant.
The service people were prompt and very nice and helpful.
Where to I start? 1. I made my reservation at midnight for 4am and you still had space available. 2. When I drove up, the attendant notice the disabled placard and asked if we would prefer a handicapped parking, which we did. 3. As we were parking, the shuttle driver noticed us getting out of our car and waited the few minutes we needed to get our stuff together and on the shuttle. 4. We were given a card letting us know where we parked for when we returned. 5. When we returned, we didn't have to wait more than a few minutes for the shuttle at the airport. 6. When we left the lot, water was available in a cooler which was much needed and very appreciated. Great Job.

Excellent customer service
I love the ease of scheduling, booking, entering the parking ramp is fantastic. It did take over 20 minutes, after I called, did them to pick me up from the airport. However, it also very easy to exit the ramp.
