Proximity.
Close to the airport and covered parking
Very well ran operation.
The Parking Spot North is quick and easy for pickup and drop off going and returning to/from the airport. Provides great staff service. Ease of making reservations. Offers both covered and uncovered parking. Earn points for free days of parking. Honors Triple AAA and other discounts. Smaller buses and many of them. We have been using them over 20 years.
Covered parking
Easy in and out.
On time and excellent service. The customer service aspect is great. The employees are always helpful and ready to help the customer. The service is reliable and always on time. The app makes it easy to reserve a spot.
Excellent customer service from the staff and drivers at Parking Spot-South. The drivers are very friendly and helpful.
Great driver (Lynden). Good natured, worked hard, got us there as quickly as he could. I would, however, appreciate at least one more bus making rounds. The waits have been getting longer lately, and they fill up quickly, while the Red Lot buses at CMH have gotten more frequent. I would probably switch my parking arrangements if I hadn't already prebooked The Parking Spot and charged expenses to my clients.
The automation in the booking process is easy. I also like the navigation where we can see where the shuttle is in regards to pick up.
Prompt and professional
Being able to be picked up at all hours of the day is very convenient to me when coming home from a trip.
Everything was as advertised
Cheaper than airport. Shuttle employees are nice and helpful.
They were very personable. They took care of everything professionally.
The drivers taking us to the airport (one at 3:30am) were very pleasant and helpful loading and unloading our luggage. Very professional.
The user friendly nature of your app. The ease of checking in. The security of your facility. But above all, every time I've used the parking spot, your people are the most genuinely friendly and courteous. Your people make it great
Easy to get in and out. Quick ride to and from the airport on the shuttle.
Very convenient and both drivers were very nice and helpful.
