Great service, great drivers
Easy transport to and from Terminal...even at 12:30am. Took photo of car and exact parking spot so I could find at night on return. The app gets a 4 out of 5. Drivers very helpful loading and unloading bags--they get a 10. I'd use again.

Easy in. I know exactly where to park. I like the map to know what shuttle is where. I know I have a parking spot to go to. When you are a regular traveler, it is nice to see the same faces to send you off and welcome you back.

I'm in St. Louis, MO and I always use the Parking Spot 5 (off I-170 & Natural Bridge) however, for the first time ever I used the Parking Spot 1. I love the convenience of parking my car and taking the shuttle whereby keeping me out of the ridiculous airport traffic.

Booking and reserving a spot is simple and easy online or through the app. As a member I frequently receive promotions and discounts for my travel needs. Easy check in and check out get me in and out quickly. Drivers a friendly, resourceful and is always a short wait for a pickup. The app makes it convenient to know when a shuttle bus is near for a pickup. I've always self park but it is nice to know there is a valet parking option.
