I like how clean the entire gym is as well as the locker room. I love the sauna in the locker room. I also like the variety of equipment available for use.

The gym is clean, the staff is very friendly and my instructors are great. I only wish you accepted Silver Sneakers like the location in Rockaway.
Close by, easy come & go, lot of options for workouts whether machines or rooms. Love the sauna!!

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to say hello or have a good night. The gym is equipped very well with machines, free weights and other equipment. The gym is well maintained and always clean. It is a good place to work out for beginners as well as experienced lifters. They also have plenty of classes that you can take. I would recommend Fitness Factory.
Gym is well equipped and clean. I especially like the classes offered and since I'm a senior, the senior classes are just right (not too difficult or easy). Would love to see a Tai Chi class added on a Wednesday 10:30am or 11am.
I truly enjoy working with my trainer Chris. I appreciate his knowledge, punctuality, and patience, as well as the way he tailors exercises specifically to what works best for me.

The workers at the front desk are super nice and friendly especially Michelle. The trainers are always helpful when you ask them a question especially Gio. And Chris the General manager is also very nice and helpful. Great group of people. I enjoy seeing them when I am atvthe gym!

could you please please put a digital clock right outside the sauna on the wall above the new digital scale? i don’t like to bring my phone in the sauna and don’t have an apple watch to check the time. right on the wall that seperates the lockers from the hall that goes to the sinks. it would be great to see from the sauna bench’s 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
