The customer service
The staff are very friendly. The equipment is awesome old school nothing Beats old school there are modern that are amazing as well. Bathrooms are very clean workers always cleaning 24 seven you don’t see that in gyms 10 out of 10 would recommend to friends and family.
Que el horario sea 24 horas
The Fitness Factory is a great place to workout people are serious about their workouts and I rarely see people on their phones which is a nice change from my prior gym.
It’s very clean. Very good atmosphere, it feels like family
I’m very happy at this gym
Everything

The hours of operation and the wide range of equipment available to members.
I love the machines, and the people
Clean and friendly gym
great equipment
The staff is so friendly! Sneha specifically is outstanding—and the main reason we keep coming back! She is knowledgeable, encouraging, and makes coming to the gym enjoyable!
Classes are great for staying in shape or building a killer bod!
Proximity to house.
I really enjoy the gym and the variety of equipment available. The facility is clean, the equipment is well maintained, and there are plenty of options for strength training.
One thing I would really love to see added is a seated lat pullover machine and a T-bar row machine. Both would be great additions for back training and would give members more options for targeting their lats and upper/mid back.
Overall, I’m very happy with the gym and would really appreciate it if these machines could be considered!
Very pleasant staff and machines/weights up to date
