I like that the place is kept clean and during the day (10 am-3pm) it is not so busy so I can usually just come in and do my simple stations and then the treadmill.

Great gym overall — it has everything I need. Two things could be better: some members leave belongings on equipment to reserve it and don’t come back for 10+ minutes, and my wife has been uncomfortable with people taking photos and filming in the women’s locker room.

Classes and instructors are very good
The Gym is large, clean, and very well kept. All of the weights are where they are supposed to be. I was a member of Fitness Factory in West NY and it was terrible there. You could never find a matching pair of dumbells. The downstairs weight room floor is uneven. Machines break often. The Edgewater is a way better option and worth the money.
Like the variety of classes and great instructors. The facility is new and clean and staff is friendly.

There is always someone at rage reception area for questions. Facility is also very clean.

The variety of machines is great. The trainers also sre excellent. Brian is helping me with balance and strength. The openness and lighting is inviting.
Love this gym everything is up to date great sensory my only issues I have is there should be a reminder to customers when the service fee will be charged and if i have family coming in town and would like to workout with me there should be something in place for that its frustrating for a customer to bring there family to the gym from out for town and the have to wait in the car or leave untill the customer is done these are my only concerns hopefully there can be some changes thank you to whomever took the time out to read this
Staff is great and there is lots of room to work. The added room has really helped during peek hours. It seems that each section of the gym is now flowing.
