The space and conveniency
Very good gym! It’s not overpacked at the times that I go and it’s in great overall working condition. The staff is also very friendly and welcoming.

Fitness Factory has plenty of space with multiple machines and areas for calisthenics, allowing a variety of different exercise options. The locker room is well kept & provides two different types of saunas for recovery. The staff is welcoming and willing to assist at any time. I have not utilized the juice bar but that is an added bonus for those who are interested.
The environment, its not too small but its not too large and it somewhat pushes you to get the workout or goal done

I like my personal trainer. I feel I’m making good progress with him and I need to get in shape. Also, all the machines seem really neat as I haven’t worked out in a long time. Also, the place seems clean and the staff is friendly.
