I’ve had a great experience at this gym—the facility is clean, well-equipped, and has a really motivating atmosphere. But what truly made the difference for me is the personal training. Kelvin has been incredible to work with. He’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in helping me reach my goals. His guidance keeps me consistent and pushes me just the right amount. Honestly, my positive experience here is largely because of him. Highly recommend this gym, especially if given the chance to train with Kelvin.
A wide variety of equipment and classes offered for the regular price. Open long hours, has babysitting and a friendly, helpful staff.

I don’t need a lot from a gym. But I like that I never have a problem getting a treadmill when I come. I like the variety of classes offered and the sauna is a nice perk after a tough workout

The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The gym is fully equipped and well kept. It is set up for all ages to workout. I would highly recommend Fitness Factory to anyone looking for a gym.
Great, clean large gym with plenty of equipment and great locations
As a longtime member, I enjoy working out at FF. It' close to my house, i love my trainer (Taylor) and the folks who work there are very nice, especially Isiah. The equipment is good, though some of the machine need some TLC.
If you ask me about cons, I would say that the paint color is awful and very annoying. Wish that instead of empty walls of that awful paint, you could hang inspiring workout posters. Even posters showing exercises and proper form. Also, the rest room could use some attention. It's very often out of TP and a bit dirty.

Great instructors
The facility is very welcoming. I've seen people of all ages and physical capabilities there working together. There is always someone cleaning, vacuuming, etc. which makes the facility itself very inviting. Even the restrooms are extremely well taken care of. New equipment is always being introduced and they are constantly upgrading.
I've never felt pressured to join - there are enough machines and classes that you never feel rushed. There is definitely something for everyone regardless of of where you are in your fitness journey. And if you need help, everyone I've encountered has been more than willing to help with machines, classes or whatever you might need.
I enjoy taking all the classes and the instructors are great.
If a class is canceled, which is rare, we are notified.
Also there are pop up classes to introduce other types of classes.
Everyone at the Fitness Factory is very friendly and accommodating.
The shakes are really good and there is prepared food available if you need a quick healthy meal.
The yoga classes taught by Peggy and Gail are excellent

Bathroom clean , lots of space, machine , cardio and heavy lifting. The hours are great and the staff all Re nice , polite , and helpful
