The personal trainers: my trainer, Antonio, is very supportive and good at finding exercises that fit my capabilities.
The front desk staff: they are helpful and effective.
The gym has a lot of machines and weights. The faculty is big. My favorite is the 2 saunas, IR and dry sauna..I do wish they gotten hotter though. But overall it's a great gym.
I like that the gym is so big on free weights and has a big space, the staff are very friendly and cool and you guys have a sauna!! The space is big and I don't really have to worry about a machine being taken for long is day the best gym I'd went to so far

Fitness Factory is the best bang for your buck gym I have ever been to. A ton of equipment, two floors with limitless space, a sauna, etc.

Big space with lots of equipment. employees need to peruse training floor more regularly to put accessories away that lazy patrons don’t.
Also it needs to be stressed that weight plates need to be stripped off of equipment after each use.
It was great that the upstairs locker rooms were renovated.
However the upstairs air circulation is in need of improvement. These is a lack of fans snd I don’t think one of the HVAC units work. I’m not looking forward to July and August.
