Great equipment, facility, training staff, and overall operations. Is very convenient to access and park. Nice shopping next door to the facility - bagels, fresh vegetables/fruit/deli, liquor store, restaurants, post office, etc.

I remain thoroughly happy with Fitness Factory in New Providence as well as Mt. Olive (best gym I've ever been to) and will remain a loyal active customer. Equipment is top notch and well maintained and most importantly super sanitary and clean right through the men's locker room and showers, which is where most gyms fall short. Fitness factory does not!
Big and clean gym. Lots of choices for machines.
I do not use the services offered. I only work out in the weight rooms both upstairs and downstairs. However, the new heavy bags and speed bag are a great addition to an already good fitness facility. The equipment selection and free weights more than anyone would need, I personally think it is one of the best gyms in the area.
