I’ve had a great experience at Fitness Factory Jersey City. The gym is always clean, well organized, and has a friendly, respectful atmosphere. The staff is consistently welcoming and helpful, and I especially love the sauna. I’m also looking forward to using the tanning booth. Overall, it’s a great place to work out, and I highly recommend it.
The equipment is great! The staff are excellent 👌 the facility is clean, and the am crowd are friendly and inspirational.
Plenty of equipment on both floors of the gym. If i could make one suggestion, maybe some more hammer strength iso-lateral machines for chest, back, and shoulders.
Btw, may i also state that the signs i saw posted in the gym are phenomenal (reminding members to rack their weights). An even worse problem i come across regularly are members that don’t re-rack weights properly (example: burying a 25lb plate behind lets say three 45lb plates). Your Holmdel Location should spread the word to other Fitness Factory locations that its ok to remind members that there are rules that must be followed while working out at the gym.
Looking forward to coming back again soon to this location.
Everything is good, I like all the machines, sauna, showers, and the employees. The only thing is that the T-Bar machine is broken though I found an alternative so it's okay.

I enjoyed the facilities, love the equipment and that olympic benchpress is my new favorite toy. The place was also clean and the staff very attentive providing quick answers.

The gym seems well run and organized.
The people behind the desk are nice and for the most part so are the fellow members. There's a little bit of those annoying people who park on machines or benches with their phones but for the most part everyone is polite. There is a lot of new equipment and machines so even waiting for the squatters is easy.
Love all the different types of machines, a room specifically for women and the various types of classes (aerobics, strength, zumba, yoga, etc) and degree of difficulty with your classes ranging from young to seniors). Gym is clean and staff is courteous and accommodating.
Would love to see a Tai Chai class added for seniors.

I absolutely love this gym! The staff is always friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The facility is very clean, spacious, and well-maintained. All the equipment works properly and is available when needed. I also love how convenient the location is and how comfortable the environment feels.

This gym provides a professional, clean, and welcoming environment. The manager is attentive, regularly checking the equipment and greeting members to mske sure they feel comfortable. The staff do an excellent job disinfecting equipment and keeping the facility clean and organized. Their dedication and teamwork make every visit a positive experience.
