I've been going to Fitness Factory West New York for a while now, and it's been a great experience. The gym is very spacious, so even during busy hours it doesn't feel overcrowded. There's a wide variety of equipment, it's kept clean, and the staff is always friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is motivating and makes it easy to stay consistent with workouts. One of the best perks is the referral program. If you're already a member, you can earn a $50 referral bonus by referring someone who signs up. Overall, it's a great gym, and I'd definitely recommend it.

Large selection of weight equipment, clean fitness center, climate controlled most days although some weekend mornings have been a little warm even by late morning, conveniently located.
I love Fitness Factory! My only wish is that they had legit deadlift bars.
Overall a great space with lots of varying equipment! A relaxed atmosphere split across three floors to spread out and not feel overly crowded. Offers great classes and has a smoothy bar and towel service. Could benefit from having shelves in the showers and mirrors in the locker rooms though.
