I love the layout of the gym and the multiple floors!
I really enjoy this gym. Recently, they’ve added many new classes and instructors, and it’s made the experience even better. It truly feels like the best gym in this area.

Awesome group classes, welcoming staff and outstanding equipment. The gym and locker rooms are also super clean ALL THE TIME! There is not a better gym in the area.

The sauna at the new Providence location may need some servicing in the near future. The wood is starting to splinter a bit and there a divot in the floor in front of the drain. Great gym 10/10

everybody is extremely friendly in fitness factory, all staff is attentive and will fix any issues that you’re having, it’s extremely clean and well kept

I love the environment. The members to the staff, everyone is so friendly and outgoing. The equipment is amazing and they just keep expanding the gym without charging more.

plenty of space and good machine/free weights and benches..sauna is great! ...good hours 5-30am on weekdays ..downside could use earlier hours on the weekends..7 am is late for a Saturday and even a Sunday workout!
I like the comfortable environment of this gym, the professional and dedicated fitness instructors, and it's also a pleasure to see friends there frequently.
I only have 1 complaint. It seems like the music in the gym is excessively loud lately. I wear headphones to the gym and even with the noise cancelling type, I can hear the music sometimes. Considering that most people seem to wear headphones, I am not sure if the music has to be so loud.
Outside of that the staff is amazing, there's a wide variety of equipment that is clean and in well working order and great options for drinks, shakes and snacks.

The staff are very knowledgable and the Jim has lots of machines. And the manager dean and billy are doing a great job Keeping the place. Running. Without them things would be different. They should get a raise for Xmas

My husband and I signed up for the gym couple weeks ago , right after that we got our first assignment with Tylor , he was so professional and clear about the personal trainer that we were interested. And we actually signed up right of way. My husband is is training with him and I am with Julie’s ! She’s so amazing and I love working out with her ! She is a great coach same as Taylor. 10 of 10 to the gym and the staff !! Gym is clean , great environment and awesome workers there.
I had provided feedback previously through the Fitness Factory app and never received a response. There were a lot of suggestions in that feedback as it relates to all the expansion that is going on now. Please find that and provide your thoughts. Regards from Piyush Last name removed
Everything is so good that I like to go to this gym almost everyday.
I always come in the early morning and the place of older clients and you do not have to fight for machines.
