Member Testimonials
Solid, well managed gym with a variety of equipment and offerings.
Biggest (only?) complaint is that members do not rerack weights.
The availability to use equipment, the only thing that I would like back is the family swim on Saturdays afternoon
Fitness Factory Holmdel is a top-notch gym. The scope of the equipment in the facility is broad, enabling all members to achieve their fitness goals. The staff are friendly and helpful.
Great hours. Keep on top of equipment. Always friendly employees. Please enforce the no phone rules around the gym more than just a few signs.
This gym is best of everything fitness related

I have enjoyed gym, as its small, well equipped and fun
Good range and quantity of equipment, they are well-spaced out. Premises are well-maintained and clean. Air is circulated well and so, fresh. Staff are friendly and welcoming.
The atmosphere the staff create at the gym Kenny Steven always available for members needs. Equipment is always in great working order. Plenty of cardio equipment, weights, machines. Excellent gym.
Cleanliness, equipment and staff are amazing!
I recommend this place for its cleanliness and the staff's excellent service; the price is also good.
Employees are nice it’s quite not as expensive and good equipment
Group classes
What I like most is the good service and the great atmosphere.
Its clean everything works and is organized and the staff is friendly
Clientele is nice. Gym is clean. What I don’t like is that it’s not kept cool enough for a gym. Fine if you’re sitting at home watching tv, not if you’re at a gym working out
Enjoy Zumba. Clean and bright. Nice staff.
The people that work there are always so nice and friendly! There’s also like 4 of every machine so usually you don’t have to wait around much for people to finish sets, even at busier times. I’ve never had a training session myself but I always see the trainers with people and helping at all fitness levels and they all seem to have a great relationship! I love working out there
Friendly staff and clean facility!
The people at the front desk are so friendly and helpful. I love all your cardio equipment, especially the stairmaster. And the weight room is great blood pressure.
I am a member for the last 30 years. Recently with the new ownership I noticed a great improvement on the first floor.
April is just amazing! She is a great trainer
a beautiful place with excellent staff

Plenty of machines. Never have to wait. Pleasant staff.
Friendly staff; always greeted with a smile. Happy to be able to walk in, do what I need to do and leave.
The cleanliness, the open space in all area. Nice staff, walking distance, flexibility on schedule and their healthy drrink shake you ca. Purchase, he other folks that work out @Metrogym focus on their work out. One thing I am missing and hope it return soon is the sauna we had in the female locker. So let's work on getting back the Sauna, it really helps after your work out.
