The service has improved 100% thanks to you, now it's open 24 hours and that helps a lot of people. It would be great if the music was heard in the early morning too

Staff is so friendly and helpful. Classes and instructors are great, but we are in desperate need of more weights, ESPECIALLY 5 lbs! There’s never enough for everyone.

I love the gym and how much equipment it has !! Very convenient for me and my needs. Been a member since it open. I love how they are always updating things and the management is friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work and I hope we get more machines and weights. Love it !!

I think for the space you have, you do a good job of optimizing it and keeping it clean. It is a decent value and most of the equipment is thoughtfully selected.

Gym is kept clean and machines are in pretty good condition. I would like to see more specialized machines like this one though.

The friendly staff, the equipment is the best and the gym itself has a great vibe. There are some days I wish the showers would be a bit cleaner but for the most part its pretty good. I want to Crunch in Aberdeen for a day pass and there was no way of leaving Fitness Factory for that.
