Very nice gym friendly staff. The morning guy Bill is very nice and friendly guy very helpful. Always make’s sure the men’s sauna is working. And always keeps us up to date with the bathrooms upstairs with construction. Bathrooms are always clean in the mornings when I arrive. Bill is a great asset to the gym. He always opens on time Monday through Friday he never misses a day.
It’s got everything I need in a gym. Staff is very friendly. Price is right.
There’s a great variety of machines and equipment. The personal trainers I’ve worked with have always been helpful and receptive to my needs.

Place is clean.
The equipment, the space, Kirk, Willo and Joe. Parking is never an issue. Like that you’re open 365 days too. You get a lot for the monthly charge when comparing FF to other local gyms.

I love working out at Fitness Factory. They have great fitness equipment, always in working order, great classes and a Sauna! Place is always being cleaned, and equipment picked up.
Charlie the owner is a great guy!
Club Metro is a great gym. It’s not super fancy, but it’s comfortable and, at most times, not too crowded. John does a fantastic job keeping it clean- no complaints there. The equipment is generally well maintained although some upgrades would go along way, or even just replacing the padded parts.
The sauna works well- it could use a little TLC, around the lighting.
Front desk people are friendly and helpful.
There are lots of free weights.
Lastly, Gabe is the best trainer I’ve ever had, and that includes trainers at high end fitness clubs such as Equinox, and LA Sports. I’ve made so much progress, that, particularly as an older man, I’m amazed that I would ever be this fit at my age, and so far injury free.
Joe is (still) a gigachad.
It is very conveniently located for me and I appreciate the cleanliness of the facilities. I do think that the trainers need much more room for their efforts.

The instructors June and Gigi’s classes made it worth it for me even to drive so far from Mendham.
I could go to any Fitness gyms for the similar exercise machine but not all gyms have the good instructors for exercise classes.
