Group fitness classes are great - but would be better if instructors can switch up the routine and music/playlist every few weeks (it gets boring when it's the same exact workout every week)
Also, I just learned of the app. Would be great to let new members join at the time of onboarding about the fitness factory app and perks for earning points.
Staff is always friendly and helpful. Equipment is well - maintained. And now, due to the expansion, more equipment will become available

Staff is very cordial and greets everyone upon entry--- I feel very welcome at Fitness Factory. There's a huge array of machines and free weights to use. Any time I have asked front desk staff for assistance with machines, they have kindly obliged. I also appreciate the child care services at the gym-- it's incredibly affordable and without those services, I would not be able to go to Fitness Factory.
The facility has all the necessary equipment to get a complete workout and it is kept clean. There's even disinfectant wipes available on the wall if you need it. The soap and other amenities in the bathroom are in working order, and when there are the occasional issues, they are fixed reasonably quickly. The staff is friendly and helpful and parking is very easy.
Has everything you need! Great classes, equipment and great people to help with your fitness journey.

Nancie! She is always helpful, kind, funny and the best thing about the gym. Everything else is about the same as every other gym I've been a member of.
What is up with the crappy brown paper towels now. They are like trying to use writing paper to wipe my hands and the machines off.
Gym is well stocked, clean and the trainers are good.
Classes are also done well.

The SGT program is especially great thanks to fantastic trainers like Ian, Matt, and Penny, who bring energy and expertise to every class. However, I’ve noticed that some trainers at this location never lead SGT sessions. It would be great if all trainers were involved, which could help spread the workload, reduce turnover, and make it possible to restore sessions like Monday evenings. This would help deliver the full value of the advertised schedule (6 days, 12+ classes per week) and show that SGT is a top priority at this location.”

The people who work there, the cleanliness, the people who goes there . Everyone is very kind and pleasant. The equipments are great too.

Everything. Whole facility at the old Bell Labs campus is amazing. I went when it wasn’t peak hours so it wasn’t crowded but that still wouldn’t have changed my score of this facility. Bravo bravo.

I’m glad OJ helped getting the parking lot repaired. The potholes should be have been repaired long ago, shame on the landlord.
I recommend everyone in town go to this gym, fifty of my friends followed me here. The new equipment does add to the depth of this gym, can’t wait til you open the new section
