I like how the equipment is mostly clean and staff is friendly. I think having another smith machine would be nice to have! There is only one available for use.
Just has all you need in a gym. Get in get out
Fix the light in the sauna!!,need to keep it cleaner

Large selection of weight equipment, clean fitness center, climate controlled most days although some weekend mornings have been a little warm even by late morning, conveniently located.
I love Fitness Factory! My only wish is that they had legit deadlift bars.
Overall a great space with lots of varying equipment! A relaxed atmosphere split across three floors to spread out and not feel overly crowded. Offers great classes and has a smoothy bar and towel service. Could benefit from having shelves in the showers and mirrors in the locker rooms though.
Assortment of machines is amazing.
The Fitness Factory is a great, spacious, well equipped, comfortable local gym.
many options for weight training. Don't usually have to wait to use a machine.
The facility is neat and clean and the people are friendly.

Convenience and you open at 5am
The shower heads in the mans locker room were replaced and that is nice. I would like to see the shaving materials and deodorant at the sinks. The equipment was updated which is nice.
