This is the best gym in the area!
I just wish the bathrooms/lockers were kept up a bit more.
A water bottle filling station would also be very convenient instead of the water fountains.

Everyone is super kind and courteous and the staff is outstanding! I love the setup and it has everything you need to keep being the best version of you. The best thing is that you are able to connect with so many people and establish friendships and relationships with everyone. Gym Plans (Memberships) are super flexible and the management will work with you to execute the exact plan that you need! They offer classes and training sessions (boxing and more) too! 10/10

The front desk always greets me even if the area is busy. The locker room is the cleanest I’ve seen in any gym. The equipment including cardio is new and some of the best equipment I have used. Joe and his personal training team is hands down the most knowledgeable in the business. Though I don’t use kids club, kids are always happy and occupied! Not a member? What are you waiting for??
Everyone is so friendly, highly knowledgeable and ready to help . David have strong energy, he kindly did my physical evaluation answer's all my questions and showed the right technique for using all equipment and the right way to perform exercises.
Genta is also thoughtful, professional and passionate about sport.

I love the variety of group exercise classes offered by Fitness Factory.
You guys do a great job. I go in the mornings, and really have few complaints. The only two small things is:
-since the turf area opened, in the mornings, it can be a bit disorganized. Things are sometimes out of place. Especially bands, boxes and plates.
-a treadmill would be great in the turf area. I’m training hybrid and for a hyrox right now. I know there’s not much space but maybe carve out one of the corners for a cardio area (e.g. rows, ski erg, treadmill).
Other than that, great job! Very well ran and a great team :)

I like how clean the entire gym is as well as the locker room. I love the sauna in the locker room. I also like the variety of equipment available for use.

The facility is clean and it's never overcrowded with people. It's a very enjoyable environment for working out and everyone is very down to earth!
