Nice staff and cooperatives
Affordability, hours of operation, and variety of equipment
Nice
Classes and instructors are very good
The Gym is large, clean, and very well kept. All of the weights are where they are supposed to be. I was a member of Fitness Factory in West NY and it was terrible there. You could never find a matching pair of dumbells. The downstairs weight room floor is uneven. Machines break often. The Edgewater is a way better option and worth the money.
Like the variety of classes and great instructors. The facility is new and clean and staff is friendly.
Customer Service outstanding! Front desk great and Brian the Fitness Manager Trainer is amazing. Kirk runs the gym with such care .
Equipment
There is always someone at rage reception area for questions. Facility is also very clean.
Equipment: "Great variety of clean, well-maintained machines and free weights."Atmosphere: "Very welcoming environment with a motivating community vibe."Staff: "The trainers are highly knowledgeable, supportive, and always willing to help." I am very satisfied with my training and results ☺️ i would recommend it.
Conveniently located, reasonably priced, good equipment, variety of classes, member events, great view!
The kindness of the young people at the desk. The clients who are kind to me whatever I ask and very much willing to help, the location. It is a good place to feel good
The variety of machines is great. The trainers also sre excellent. Brian is helping me with balance and strength. The openness and lighting is inviting.
Love this gym everything is up to date great sensory my only issues I have is there should be a reminder to customers when the service fee will be charged and if i have family coming in town and would like to workout with me there should be something in place for that its frustrating for a customer to bring there family to the gym from out for town and the have to wait in the car or leave untill the customer is done these are my only concerns hopefully there can be some changes thank you to whomever took the time out to read this
Staff is great and there is lots of room to work. The added room has really helped during peek hours. It seems that each section of the gym is now flowing.
Amazing

Variety of fitness classes! Thank you.
Friendly staff
Good peeps.No bothers.Sauna great.I love it there.
The service has improved 100% thanks to you, now it's open 24 hours and that helps a lot of people. It would be great if the music was heard in the early morning too
Everyone is friendly and equipments are nice.
good exercise equipment. good smoothies and I don’t need anything else
The classes are great & great staff!!
Everything's great, except if the music volume can be lowered, and if the toilet paper dispensers can be fixed, the gym will be perfect!
Staff is so friendly and helpful. Classes and instructors are great, but we are in desperate need of more weights, ESPECIALLY 5 lbs! There’s never enough for everyone.
Great instructors
