Fitness Factory is the kind of gym that actually makes you want to show up which is saying a lot. The equipment is excellent well maintained and there is always enough variety that you never feel stuck waiting around. Everything is clean organized and clearly cared for.
And the steam room deserves its own shout out. Spotless relaxing and the perfect reward after a hard workout. It is one of those little details that truly elevates the experience.
The real standout though is Trainer Jay. Jay is incredibly knowledgeable motivating and genuinely fun to train with. She knows exactly how to push you without overdoing it keeps every workout interesting and somehow makes you work harder while still laughing. You leave feeling stronger confident and accomplished.
Bonus points for the owner who is so kind and welcoming. I genuinely love chatting with him and you can tell he truly cares about the people and the community he has built. Charlie is wonderful too, always with a smile and a kind word.
This gym has great energy great people and great results. Highly recommend.

I love this gym - and highly recommend it. It is by far the nicest gym facility in Franklin Township. I wish we would bring the free towels back and get rid of the disposable wipes - for a few reasons:
1. The towels were such a nice feature when we joined for sweat etc;
2. They're a one-time investment that is sustainable;
3. Reducing out-of-pocket costs for wipes;
4. Can replace the disinfectant wipes with a spray.
But either way - we love the gym and the friendly staff!

Not too much for my work out and very friendly staffs who welcome me.
The staff is amazing treat me like family. I’d like to see a more proactive approach to the cell phone use. I get it not an easy thing to tackle but maybe have an employee walking around and when they notice someone idled on equipment they say something. Just the other day my son and I did 5 sets each while a kid on the platform next to use scrolling without doing a set. Thanks for letting me vent.
Excellent workout equipment and clean facility. Overall, good place to workout.
State of the art equipment and a good amount of attachments for the cable machines, although a few more of the older style attachments without the weird angles would be nice. Although it’s not a huge problem, I have had issues with young guys taking pictures in the locker room when there are other men are in there in various stages of dress. I would really appreciate signage in the gym and especially on locker room mirrors.
