Jovana consistently brings the right energy, excitement and motivation. She gives great cues for the next moves so you know what's coming. She also challenges you to grow. Great music and moves.
Maria is Always there, she never cancels a class. Her choreography and music are fun.
Eleana is new, but im already looking forward to her classes. She connects with every new person, she gives a personal welcome (which i appreciate)and offers encouragement and challenges us during the workout.
I have also enjoyed classes by Evelyn, Karim and Courtney, but only as a guest.

nice place friendly staff clean
Great price for a clean spacious gym with lots of equipment. Could use a set of 12.5 dumbells downstairs. A pendulum squat machine would be great too!
No pressure, friendly atmosphere, and the classes
It all starts with GM Kirk and assistant Willow They provide an amazing atmosphere for all their members. The front desk is friendly. Always smiling and telling me to enjoy my workout.

The facility is very clean and I generally have access to all the equipment during the time I arrive, between 1-2.
I enjoy the group classes and the friendliness of everyone there.
Great equipment always get a good workout, however, many times I need to wait for a machine while someone else is just sitting on it using their phones not realizing how long they're making other people wait.
