Love the selection of classes. Class room is big and Bright. Lockers and bathroom is very clean. Very happy with the gym. I was at Retro Kenvil and they suddenly closes. Glad they did because I found this gym.

Well Equipped and Maintained
The Fitness Factory in Palisades Park, NJ,. The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The machines are kept clean, in working order, and recently the gym got at least 7 new machines in the past 3 months, that replaced machines that were still functional and would have been kept in service way longer in other gyms. They also added a couple of machines with new motions that we didn't have before. Bathroom, (men's) is cleaned regularly, and they have sanitizing wipes on each floor for machine wipe down if you need them. .

I like the large space and selection of different machines.
1) PJ does a great job running the gym, I would make an hourly announcement to put your weights away and no cell phone while on the equipment
2) I would extend Friday hours from 10pm to 11pm
3) The increase in membership fee should have started as soon as the construction was completed. A thirty five percent membership rate increases was unwarranted
4)I will continue to bring members to the gym, I’m only looking to improve it my perspective.
Love the childcare it makes it so I can actually go to the gym. I just wish you had it on fridays as well

I love this Mt. Olive Flanders location as it is VERY clean and still relatively new and the equipment is in excellent shape and the locker rooms clean and super sanitary.
One improvement they can make is to make the showers in the men's locker room hotter. When turned to maximum heat/water temp, they only get to lukewarm and that does not make for a comfortable shower when the gym atmosphere is cold.
Fix this and they are perfect!

I like the classes. Vincen who teaches Zumba is great. His class is very good. All your instructors are good. Desk staff nice too.
The vast selection of exercise equipment is impressive.
I like the size, the cleanliness and above all the excellent trainers. A special shoutout to Michael !
Equipments. You should put in more wipes stations, waste baskets for the used wipes, staff need to make sure there are wipes.

It’s a great place to exercise. Everybody is great from the instructors to those who manage. There is such a great variety of classes and equipment . Everybody is so helpful and friendly! There is a complaint , however. The floor in the classroom is deplorable ! There are so many hairballs around. Many times the same hairball is in the same spot for over a week! Also, the women’s bathroom is getting there too. I know with so many women going in it’s probably difficult to keep clean , but maybe friendly reminders(notes) to keep it clean and properly flush toilets may help.
