Effective and quick
The tech listened to my concerns and addressed them.
Mitchell arrived, was very polite, answered my questions, inspected traps inside, put some little plastic trap on a counter in my kitchen to rid me of my ant invasion. He then inspected the traps in my garage and found very little invasion of insects. Lastly, Mitchell instructed the termite traps outside and dusted down the eaves and doorways. Mitchell had been the “inspector” who has come to my house the last few times. I recommend him highly for his neatness, patience, efficiency and effectiveness.
I appreciate how thorough Rod is whenever he comes out to spray my house. I also really appreciate that I can call Northwest whenever I see a bug and that they can send someone out.
