My favorite thing about Northwest is my service professional, Courtney. He is wonderful at his job. He is professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and reliable. He’s never too busy to explain bug situations, why something is happening, or tips on prevention. He is always on top of any issue in my home, and I trust him completely. I’ve had other service people come out when routes got changed up, but I always called to get Courtney back. No comparison to the job he does.

Our technician, Brad, is super friendly and very knowledgeable! He is also always on time or early. I appreciate that Brad calls when he is 30-45 minutes away. We look forward to our appointments with Brad!

I have consistently had good service from Northwest over the years. Dvante James introduced himself as my new service representative and gave me his card. He was polite and friendly and asked me a few questions about my regular service and any issues I was having before he started the service. Since this is an individual who will now be treating my home on a regular schedule, this was a great start.
