Austin, our technician, is always so courteous and attentive. He has always been helpful in addressing any concerns I may have had in between visits. I also appreciate the heads-up messages I receive to let me know when I'm scheduled and when he's on his way to treat our property. With Austin as our technician I give Northwest a 10!
