I scheduled a technician come out to provide a termite letter in association with selling my home. Unfortunately, he did find termites under the house. He sent me pictures of what he saw and told me what needed to be done. The same technician returned the next day to spray for the termites and issued the bond the same day. I was able to make my closing as scheduled thank excellent service.

Friendly customer service
I appreciate the excellent communication on the part of the office and our technician regarding when they will be here (date/time). When they had to reschedule recently, they let us know in a timely manner that they wouldn't be out to do the service as planned, and they rescheduled as soon as they were able.

JUSTIN !!!! Great communications, very thorough, follow through excellent and extremely GREAT customer service. That being said, I am extremely happy with all the customer service support I have received from NorthWest Exterminating. As a very long time customer - I think 22 years , I was worried when you were bought out (or merged) by Rollins. I thought the service would falter and the pricing would change a lot.
I have not found that to be the case - and truly happy you still operate like a "small" business. I also love the quick responses on phone calls or in solving any issues I have! Thank you -
