Alex really goes above and beyond with customer service. I really appreciate how he explains things, how polite he is and willing to help. I wanted the inside of my house sprayed and my son ( teenager) was asleep when Alex came by. He offered to come back at the end of the day ( not convenient for him) and made sure it was done that day. Really appreciate his consistently great attitude.
