I just have a comment/question though. I'm paying for the Green elite service (termites protection), and I understand this covers a review of the termites station once a year. Could your team review the termite stations at least twice a year? IF the stations do not work, it might leave up to 1 year for termite issues to be detected, and termite to damage a house.

I like the communication in texting the service dates and that that tech calls ahead when on the way. I do not like the billing process but the office manager is very kind to help me with it.
