I was very impressed with the service from start to finish. When I called, a real person answered the phone--- no long wait or automated system. They scheduled a technician to visit my house within two business days to address an ant infestation in my master bathroom.
The technician arrived on time and came prepared, even wearing shoe booties to protect my floors. He thoroughly inspected and treated every part of my house, not just the infected area, and took time to identify potential entry points for to the ants.
Overall, I was highly satisfied with the professionalism and thoroughness of this initial visit. I signed up for an annual plan that includes 4 quarterly visits.

Great customer service and my technician Kevin is so nice and listens to any concerns. What I don’t like is getting billed on the months they DON’T come out and spray. Also, I wish they would give Senior discounts or AARP since I’m on a tight budget with a fixed income.
