The service Technician Steve has been servicing my home for quite some time and he is very easy to work with and takes care of all of my needs. We have been using Northwest for monthly (now quarterly) pest control, wildlife protection and also attic insulation. All good stuff! Highly recommended!
I was so pleased with Robert Daughtery who serviced my home since 2004 until 2024. Very responsive and so kind…and then Luke took his place last spring and I have been equally pleased with his readiness to address my concerns and he is very pleasant in his communication. I like that I can call anytime for repeat treatment. I’ve also had wildlife service for squirrels in the past which wasn’t ideal because squirrel problems recurred so I cancelled that, but pest/termite control, mosquito control and now mole control are going well. Feb started mole treatment and that finally seems controlled in the past month. The service staff on the phones are great.
