Mr Eli is a credit to your company. He is friendly and very polite. He always calls me about 30 minutes before his arrival so I can take my dogs out. He listens to my concerns about my dogs and the pest control. He remembers each time, without me reminding him, to withhold the treatment from the pet area. He cleans the spider webs from the outside of my house which my daughter especially appreciates. Northwest is the first company I have used for any concern about my house and critters, and I am very happy I do!
Your professionalism. Always get a notice you're coming. The exterminator calls when he's 10 minutes away. He asks are there any problems. Then he treats the entire outside of the house. And the product works.
