I would like it if there was more consistency in advising about visits. I used to get a call to actually schedule pest control, but now i get a text only on the day of service advising they are on their way. With the technician schedule changes, it's necessary for me to be home to advise on where we do not want chemicals.

We get a quarterly reminder. Scheduling is always easy. The people we speak to are always friendly and service oriented. Our exterminator Russ comes in and does a thorough job.
If something comes up between visits, Russ comes over the same day to take care of it.
Previous companies we tried had some pretty creepy exterminators that i wasn’t comfortable with. Not the case with Northwest Exterminating! We highly recommend them!

Our tech Courtney is pretty awesome. When we are not home when he service our property. He always let's me know when he is on his way, any issues or concerns he finds that we may or may not be aware of and informs us during his visit. We have not yet been disappointed with his service at all. Thank you for having caring and thorough employees like Courtney. He has been our technician for so long. If he was no longer with Northwest Exterminators. We are not sure if we would want to remain loyal customers. This is how much we appreciate and trust his opinions. Thank you, Mr. & Mrs. Jones

Drew (Wildlife Inspection) and Joe (Pest Treatment) were both top notch individuals who impressed us immensely last week. Drew quickly diagnosed and set up a plan to correct something in our wildlife exclusion done many years ago by Northwest. He also helped us by recommending a program for outside treatment and we made the switch to Northwest for that area of treatment as well. Joe was gentleman assigned to treat our inside/outside a few days later and we were so impressed by the time and thoroughness of his work, as well as his very approachable demeanor. He took the time required and we saw him doing a few things as part of the treatment that we never saw done by the prior company. I quickly called Northwest soon after to relay this to them and to ensure Joe was indeed going to be regularly assigned to our property.
