Alex is extremely responsive to any concerns/ questions I have about my service. He notifies me before he comes to service my home.
I recently had a concern about potential termites near my fence. He inspected the fence and reviewed pictures I had sent him of the area of concern. He promptly got back with me and put my fears at ease. He always goes the extra mile when servicing my home.

De Andre is our new guy and he is fabulous! He’s kind, friendly but not overly chatty. Just the right amount. He clearly cares about his work, has great knowledge and answers all my questions. And I haven’t seen a bug since the first day when I called Northwest. There were 2 big brown bugs when we moved in. One came out of the bath drain and freaked me out. But zero since De Andre came. I highly recommend him.

Your attendants always message before arriving and do a great job. I never have to worry about them doing that they should be doing.

Your rep's are through, & communicate what they did,what actions need to be taken, if any , and make you feel like you got what you paid for!

I like the service. I am happy I can speak with the service gentleman so I make sure my dogs are in the house, etc. I do need my garage done. I used to always have it done. I just have to open the garage. I think it is important. Please advide.
Scott is always very professional and communication about visits is excellent. If we need any specific problems addressed, he takes care of them.

Dvante is very knowledgeable and responsive. He has gotten my infestation under control in less time than I expected. I like that he encourages me to send him updates between visits so he can plan ahead what he needs to do next. I especially like that he uses pet friendly practices to keep my 2 kitties safe.
NW Exterminating is always good with their service. They check in with me to see if I’m having any problems and are always willing to take care of anything right away,
