I had invasion of ants about a month ago. Your service responded quickly and determined where the problem was and put in some bate traps. They worked excellently. A few weeks later I had another invasion of ants mother ma service agent came out that day and determined where the coming from outsid. He immediately treated the outside space. I haven’t seen ab ant since the last visit. 😊

I really respect my exterminator. He is knowledgeable and kind. He engages me and asks me questions to make sure he is giving me the best service when he arrives. Which makes me grateful because sometimes I can't think of everything and his questions help me to remember if I've seen anything else that may or may not need to be addressed while he is at my home.
Mitchell came to my house last Thursday to check the inside and outside for bugs, etc. He is very pleasant and answers all my questions. My only complaint is that I did not know ahead of time that he was coming and I had about 13 ladies coming for Book Club within the hour!
I have been pleased with the services, the people and the fact that you got rid of the mice. This was the original reason we chose NW and have been happy since. Unfortunately, the prices keep going up a lot every year. Thank you

It is the employees, Austin P. who services my sisters and my house doing the quarterly inspections and treatment. He does Excellent work, a #10 for letting me know the time he will at my home. If I'm not home and he see's anything, he will give me a call to make sure that I know about it. I don't have to wait for a report, and at my sister's too! I could be wrong, but I think he's been checking our property for 10+ years and I like that!
Also when I call the office to pay for our treatments. Excellent customer Service too!!
They are courteous, and thorough. They also come out if you see anything in your home that does not belong there. From ants, to palmetto bugs, they take care of it all. BTW, Scott is AWESOME!
