Good customer service
The guys who did our encapsulation and sealed the from critters were kind and thoughtful especially when going back and forth in my 94 year old mother’s apartment on the back of our house. Other workmen have commented about how nice it is in our crawlspace.

We’ve consistently had excellent service from our technician, he’s truly fantastic and always professional. This time, though, I did notice that several spiderwebs on the exterior of the property were still there the day after the service. That’s not typical at all, so I’m assuming it was just an oversight.
If someone could come by to remove the few remaining webs (there are about 3–4 spots), that would be greatly appreciated. I also saw a large spider inside the house the day after the treatment, which hasn’t happened in a long time. Just wanted to flag that in case a follow-up is recommended.

Very comprehensive service
The treatment by the technician was thorough and well thought out. The tech always ask about our insect issues and is very personable. It's great he offers suggestions if he sees anything popping up . Highly recommend !
Michael is my service rep for 209 Green Acre Lane in Cartersville. He always arrives on time and always does such a great job. I completely trust him to do what he says ~ I even give him the code to the house when we aren't able to meet him there. Complete trust. Michael is kind, knowledgeable and super helpful. He even remembers the couple of areas where spiders like to hang out at the house. Now that's service!
