I get the pest control services and the tech that preformed my service is great. he keeps me informed of the services he is going to preform and lets me know what the outcome will be and what to expect. I personally like the way he takes pride in his work specially making sure i am satisfied and open to answer any questions or concerns i may have.
These guys are professional, prompt for their appointments, and very responsive to requests for assistance with lawn needs. Can't say enough about their willingness to make the customer satisfied. Over the past 20 yrs we have tried just about every lawn service operator working in the Kennesaw area, and none compare to our success with Northwest.

What I like about Northwest Extermination Service, all the Techs / exterminators are very nice & knowledgeable about your products.
They are will to help solve any problems you might have. If they don’t know or this is out of their area no problem recommending you all the office. In fact, the tech has put my concern in his notes & the office called me within hours.

They call or text (or find the best way to communicate with you) - always respectful at the house inside and out - congenial - actually know a few facts about the customer - thank you.
Products have all worked as described. When weather changes and bugs are around longer or at different times - they do stand behind what they say and come out again at no charge and it's always very soon when they can do that, since you're having a problem.

It's the employees that work for Northwest. Austin, who does the service at my home and my sisters. Does excellent work and if my sister has any questions about her yard (age 86), he will take the time to help her understand exactly, what the products will do. He will call or text me before going to her house and I can call her. Sometimes she may not answer the phone, unless it shows my name. Also, when I call the office they are very helpful, sending me emails about work that was done and fee. We both know prices have risen with new ownership and supplies, as we offers from other companies wanting our business. But again, it's the employees and the work that they do and we have been customers for years and hope to continue. Thank you I never use fb, google or ?? for posting survey's to much spam.... lol
