Tristan is a very nice young man. Treated my Mom with respect. Mom said he didn't spray like she thought he should have. She said $160.00 was a lot for the little he sprayed. This was supposed to be the "third month" spray. May be my Mom didn't quite understand. But, this is what she told me.

My rep Austin was great! Very friendly and knowledgeable as well as on time!
Tech always lets me know when he will arrive. Michael always treats my area throughly and I never see any pest around my home. Several neighbors complain about spider infestation but by keeping all my entrances and windows treated I don’t have any issues with spiders or any other insects.

Austin is very courteous by keeping us informed of his eta via text as well as when he is near or going to be late or even if he has to reschedule for a different day.
In addition to the normal stuff that he does when he comes out, He also looks into any issues that I have reported (spiders & ants) and lets me know that he has taken care of them.
Austin always makes sure that my front porch and deck is cleared of any spider webs.
