We have very little problems with unwanted critters. Wish we could afford to have the yard treated for mosquitoes, but part of the problem is too much ivy.

I get a call when it is time for my next service. I can keep the pre-arranged service date and time or cancel and reschedule for another date. They seem always to have dates and times that work for me. I get a call on the day of service and the technicians arrive on time and do a great job both inside and outside my home. The service technician is always cheerful and puts me at ease. The most important thing is that the only insects I ever see inside my home are dead.
