NW was referred to us by a friend and neighbor. When I contacted NW Exterminating by phone to inquire about services my call was promptly answered. The representative was very helpful and knowledgeable. She set up our first service call appointment as soon as possible. The service tech, Rich Giles notified me when he was on the way to our home and arrived promptly. He was very professional and efficient! Rich and his associate spent quality time in and outside of our home to ensure that all of our needs and expectations were meet. We are paying 30% more for our pest control services now that we have switched over to NW. We are hoping that no evidence of pests in our home will be worth the increase. So far we are very satisfied.

For the first time in a long time, everything went smoothly. I received a voice mail reminder that it was time to renew my subscription. I returned her call. Very pleasant rep. Made my appointment. I called back a few days later and requested an invoice. Another pleasant rep. She kept her promise and I received my invoice. Appointment day was great, Caleb was professional and efficient. I sent an email stating that my check had been mailed. Finally, a very pleasant and easy process. .
VERY helpful office staff assisted in getting my inspection expedited for my closing. Tony called me directly when he couldn't get into property because the owner's alarm was on. I like this company!! Three different h people in the office addressed my needs. Very patient,and professional
