I have enjoyed working with Northwest for 20 years. The only thing I have not enjoyed is the recent transfer of lawn services to TrueGreen. I had swore I would never do business with them. I was automatically transferred to them when you sold that line of business. I gave them a chance anyway... sure enough, I could only stand it for 3 months. Ended up cancelling my service with them. Now, shopping for new service provider.
The exterminators seem to have good knowledge of their work.

Our service tech is very professional, polite and always here when he says he will be here. Once here he thoroughly completes the service. The mosquito problem is virtually nonexistent since he started treatment.
