Efficiency of time and calling ahead of time to find problems.
I like the fact that you send me an email the day before coming to the house as well as when you are in route. I appreciate the fact that you let me know when you are there as well as when you leave. You always tell me the name of the person that is coming. You always text me when you leave and let me know if there is an issue that needs to be addressed. I would highly recommend you to anyone that is looking for an exterminator.
