I really wish you would bring back your lawn care services. When you were doing our lawn, the neighborhood would ask us how we kept it weed free and green. We always told them it was because of Northwest. Now that it’s with trugreen, it’s full of weeds and I don’t think they do aeration.

I like working with Steve. He is very professional and reliable and doesn't just do the bare minimum. He is personable and friendly.
The only negative thing I can say about your service is that I never get a reminder call regarding the day your service person is coming out to my house. Therefore, last time I was sleeping when he came out so I did not know he was here and I didn't have the basement open for him. I really need that basement treated that's where all the spiders and cockroaches are. He did call once he was on his way but like I said I was asleep and didn't realize he had called until later in the day. Maybe your office can just drop me an email or text my phone the next time to make sure I am here.

We like the guy who performs our monthly treatments (Marcus). Nice guy, excellent communication skills, and responsive.
Rich did a great job with servicing our home including addressing a couple of extra requests that my wife and I made.

Everyone is very helpful. They know their jobs and do them well. The technicians take care of all types of pests, whether it is part of the normal periodic work or if there are new unusual ones. The office staff is also very friendly and helpful with scheduling, billing, etc. Thank you all for a job well done! It is a privilege to work with you on a consistent basis.
My tech is always thorough, personable and respectful. He doesn't appear to be in a "rush" to get through, but takes time to answer any questions or concerns I might have. I really like the fact that I get the same person each time. You feel like your build a rapport with them.
