I would like to get an email or text message notice of intended delivery date. I submit my delivery request through the Superior website, and the confirmation text says to check my account for pending scheduled delivery. However, there is nothing on the website account to check for a pending scheduled delivery date.

The people who work for the company, especially the ones who have a long history and worked for Perry and then Patton are exceptional, and apo give very conscientious service to customers. The schedulers, especially Michele , and another whoI think her name is Karen,, but I don’t have a Note so that might not be her name, are very helpful. They completely understand how complicated things can be and do their very best.
On the negative side – Some of the limitations placed on what the technicians can do was very frustrating, but it’s not their fault but wish there were ways to work around those.
There have been difficulties with some communication in the past, but hopefully they are resolved, technician is showing up early when no one was there to let them in or coming for a minute and then leaving for an emergency, which is understandable but frustrating for the reschedule.
Wish that we still had the old companies that sold appliances, delivered them and installed them and we didn’t have to piece meal it together and coordinate different people. The choices were limited, but they were among the more reasonably priced, and if there was a problem that was taken care of immediately without a lot of phone calls, back-and-forth with warranty companies and the manufacturer.
