I like the automatic delivery of heating oil. I never have run out of oil since I have been a customer.
The only thing I have a problem with is the removal of the nice office receptionist that I always paid my bills to and solved any problems I had right on the spot. It is extremely helpful to have someone that you could talk face to face to and not to someone over the phone. This is a more personal way of doing business.

Reliability n pricing
We live on top of a hill at the end of a long driveway. Your delivery crew has to wade e through deep snow and over gates if the snow removal crew hasn’t arrived yet. Thank you for going above and beyond.

Our condominium association is served by Rymes Propane and Oil. Since we moved here about 8 years ago, it has been a problem-free relationship for our home. We signed up for automatic delivery and we don't have to worry about running out of Propane. We have an annual paid contract so monthly (or other term) billing is unnecessary and we find their propane rates to be competitive with other suppliers. We trust Rymes for reliable service and overall, we're quite pleased with our relationship with Rymes.
