I was very impressed how well prepared he was repaired and replaced a couple of damaged parts in the fireplace but had needed parts in the truck fixed the the fireplace put it back together after taking ma photo to make sure all logs were in the right location
He pulled out the vacuum and cleaned up !

I've been with DownEast for 25+ years. They have a great office staff, great pricing with incentives and spot on delivery. Not to mention grest emergency service for immediate fuel needs or minor furnace problems. They have been trustworthy and customer oriented through all the years. I highly recommend them.
Convenience
The rep who took my phone call was nice and put in my request properly and my oil was delivered in a timely manner. When I went to turn on my heat it would not come on. I did mention twice that I was completely out and it was never mentioned that my line would need to be “bled” which is a term I did not know and was later told by a friend. I just wished this was mentioned at the time of my call so I didn’t have to go another two days without heat
