The service writer for Genesis Lexington, KY was very helpful, understanding and professional in the manner in which he handled my continued problems with my rear passenger side roller shade. I rarely use the roller shades in my 2023 Genesis G90, however I expect it to work properly when used. Replacing the mechanism was the right move in this case.
