We came from Richmond to trade in our Toyota Highlander and received a very reasonable trade in value offer. We also came with the intent to purchase a totally different vehicle but ended up purchasing a a vehicle we never ever even thought about! Very strange for us to do such a thing, however, I am disabled and the vehicle we purchased was much easier to get in and out of, overall more comfortable, and had (pardon the pun) more than “all the bells and whistles”.

Of course most salespeople will just tell you what you want to hear but Kristain Gleason has always been straight up with me on both sales from him. If there was a problem he always got ahead and make sure I was pleased with the sale. He's young but trustworthy. That's the kinda people I like dealing with. He was on point telling me about the truck and it was exactly what I expected. First time I've ever committed to purchasing a vehicle without coming and checking it out first.
